Meet Mrs. Bocarro
I was born in South Africa, and lived there until 1999. My husband was offered a transfer to the United States, and we thought we'd give it a try. We're still here, 18 years later!
I taught math and biology at Athlone Girls' High and Clarendon in South Africa. I stayed at home for a few years after moving here, and then began volunteering in elementary school. I felt it was the right place for me, and I have been at Addison for 14 years now. I am married to Robert, a civil engineer, who works in the city. I have two sons, Stephen and Mark. Stephen is currently living in Atlanta, and Mark lives in Orlando, where he has completed one and a half years as a high school orchestra director. I am very pleased to be with fourth grade again this year, and look forward to a productive and successful year with your students. |
